Novanor is also a beneficiary of the innovation program, which buys software from an English company, for which he later received subsidies. According to the prosecution, the LiLana companies received money for software that had already been purchased by a Bulgarian company, which in turn rented it. Two of the judges decided to keep LiLana in custody, and the third, Daniela Rosenova, signed the ruling with a dissenting opinion.
