Former Levski defender and current coach John Ingles has played a key role in the gap between Levski and winger Stanislav Ivanov. It was the Scotsman who doubted the Stasi about his transfer to Erzgebirge (Aue), says “Match Telegraph”. Ingles convinced him that he should accept an offer in Turkey for a higher salary.
According to acquaintances of Aue, they were willing to pay 25,000 euros a month to the youth team, which is a much higher amount than some media. While negotiations with the Germans continued, the “blues” spoke with Stanislav Ivanov to end their relationship with Ingles.

The reason was that Erzgebirge could pay 550,000 euros for the wing, and 50,000 of that would go to the agency’s coffers. However, Gerena did not want to lose this amount, because the crisis is forcing Nasko Sirakov and company to divide every penny in two.
Blues bosses were convinced that Ingles was confusing the Stasi, which ultimately led to his removal from the team and his talent freeze. However, according to some acquaintances, this situation may change if the youth team breaks with John Ingles.
