From day one I was pleasantly surprised at Levski. Everyone trains in a good mood. It’s better that the players around you be happy. I have been following Levski for 11-12 years. Many foreigners came, but for me it is better to play young Bulgarians and give them a chance. Why not return the team to the glorious path? Many guys have many qualities. The fact that they do not have enough opportunities at the moment and do not play does not mean that in two or three years they will not be the core of the team.
My old team had financial problems. No salaries were paid and many of the players terminated their contracts and searched for new teams. I played about 40 games in a year and a half. It is different there because there are ten teams and the competition is bigger. Every game is quite hot and every team fights for something. Maybe that’s why the local championship is stronger, ”shared Bobi Tsonev.
