Katya Lertsa’s son and her little ones hide their faces in shame

The Plovdiv District Court is considering the actions of Yordan Arbaliev, Kostadin Kostadinov (son of the famous Katya Lertsa), Stefan Harizanov and Ilian Smilenov, a reporter said. Plovdiv24.bg. The magistrates must decide whether to release them or keep them in custody.

So far, it has been established that in Plovdiv, on September 19, 2020, around 1.00 am, the wounded 44-year-old was at home when two of the defendants rang the bell. I knew one of them: a 22-year-old man with whom they had an old property dispute. The two took the victim out of his home and then put him in a car parked nearby.

Shortly after, the other two assailants got into the car. They all drove to the Studenets hut in the Plovdiv region and stopped in a wooded area.

There, the 44-year-old man was pulled from the car and abused for nearly four hours and beaten. The defendant took the victim’s mobile phone, debit card and the amount of BGN 20, put it back in the car and drove back to Plovdiv.

Around 5:00 in the morning, the victim was abandoned on the road near his home. The case was reported to the Second Regional Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior – Plovdiv.
