According to the evidence gathered, the participants of the group granted loans at high interest rates to people who were subjected to mental harassment and beatings for delaying the payment of contributions, reported the Prosecutor’s Office. “The investigation is against people from the famous Bulgarian Golovtsi family. There are also detainees from the rival group known as Ropotamtsi,” said the Attorney General.
