According to the long-term forecast of meteorologists the first day of school will be sunny and pleasant
The ideal time for a vacation will be until September 15. The month will be warmer than usual and in some places a little drier. And in the first days of September the temperatures will be up to 35-36 degrees. This is the forecast made by the climatologist of the University of Sofia Simeon Matev before “24 hours”.
With sunny and hot weather, with maximum temperatures of 33 to 39 degrees in August. Breeze will cool off on the Black Sea coast and daily temperatures on Sunday and Monday will be as high as 30 degrees. There will be temporary clouds before noon on the south coast. The sea water has a temperature of 26-27 degrees. It will also be suitable for tourism in the mountainous regions, and even in the highest peaks of Rila and Pirin the daily temperature will exceed 15-17 degrees.
September is the first climatic month in autumn, but in recent years summer continues for most of its days and meteorological autumn, when average temperatures remain below 15 degrees, occurs only at the end. The average maximum temperatures for September are between 23 and 28 degrees, and the average minimum, between 11 and 16 degrees.

It will rain less in September. The drought trend will continue in the southeastern half of the country, so there will be an increased risk of fires. Relatively more rain will fall over western and parts of central Bulgaria, where monthly rainfall standards will be met in some places.
The month for most of the country will start with sunny and hot weather with temperatures of up to 35-36 degrees. Later in the day it will be cloudy over the western regions and in some places it will rain and thunder. On Wednesday and Thursday there will be more clouds over the western and northern regions, with conditions for short-term rainfall. The temperatures there will be lower. The maximum will be between 25 and 29 degrees.
It will remain hot in the east, with many hours of sunshine and temporary clouds. On Friday it will rain in parts of central and eastern Bulgaria. Daily temperatures across the country will be 24 to 30 degrees.
In the second half of the first ten days it will be mostly sunny again. Temperatures will be 27 to 32 degrees, highest in the east and southeast. Temporary clouds are expected over the mountains.
Around 10 o’clock temperatures will drop briefly, there will be more clouds and it will rain briefly from west to east. Several sunny and warm days will follow again, lasting most of the second and third decades. At this time, the meteorologists’ expectations for the first day of school are sunny and pleasant weather.
Rains and temporary cooling are most likely on September 17 and 20, as well as after September 25. At the end of the month, the morning temperatures will be lower and will remind that the golden autumn is approaching, the meteorologist added. (24 hours)
