The remains of a corpse were found in the Radomir region. They belong to a woman and were found on October 3. His identity has yet to be established. In addition to the remains, a suitcase with hair was also found. This was reported to NOVA by the Pernik District Prosecutor’s Office.
Investigators discovered the sinister find on October 3. For now, the main assumption is that the remains of Antonia, 30, who disappeared on January 7, were found.
“The skull of a woman, the jaw and a suitcase with hair were found. As a female person has been searched since January, it is speculated that the remains are of that person. They are given for DNA analysis,” says the spokesman for OP-Pernik Albena Stoilova.
Prosecutors say a kidnapping case has been filed. If the DNA test is confirmed, the work will continue for murder.
A half decomposed body of a man was found near Kyustendil
Version: murder, do not exclude the relatives of Antonia. They say they saw her for the last time the day of her disappearance: Saint Ivan’s Day. She then told them that she was going to Radomir for a few days to Lubomir, the man she had been in a relationship with for about 4 years. Their relationship was tumultuous. According to the mother of the missing woman, sometimes when using drugs, assaults often occurred.
“She had a scar on her forehead and she told my daughter-in-law that it was from Lubo and that if it hadn’t been for her mother, it would have been much worse,” says Antonia’s mother, Nelly Stoyneva.
He added that a restraining order was also requested. A week later, however, they called Antonia and she realized that this meant never seeing Lubo again and she disagreed.
4 days after his disappearance, Lubo went abroad. Police say he was first in Germany, Austria and now in Italy. Since then until today, the family of the disappeared has not been able to contact him.
Antonia’s mother tried to understand more than Lubomir’s father. She called him, he said he didn’t know anything, and in the last few months he stopped taking her calls.
Now investigators are not saying how they got to the wreckage. But one of the assumptions is that it was Lubomir’s father who brought them to the place. In talking to us, he was concise.
“I can’t say anything. An investigation is underway,” he said. So far, no one has been charged or detained for Antonia’s disappearance.
