The co-president of Democratic Bulgaria said that he voted with a paper ballot because he discovered that there were irregularities with the machines. There are problems with automatic voting in the Veliko Tarnovo district.
Hristo Ivanov exercised his right to vote at the 93rd Sofia University in the capital “Alexander Teodorov – Balan”. He asked all Bulgarian citizens to do so.
“We must go out and vote for change, for Bulgaria to really have democracy, for freedom, legality and modernization.”Hristo Ivanov said.
According to him, there was “some confusion” in the arrangement of the coalition list in Veliko Tarnovo.
“We are working to make the elections fair”Hristo Ivanov said.
He thanked the “You Count” initiative volunteers, who will oversee the vote counting.
“After the elections, I hope that a National Assembly is formed, which has more legitimacy, so that a serious conversation can begin to change course.”said the co-chair of “Democratic Bulgaria”.
