IN Pfizer and Biontech vs. Kovid-19 include the following ingredients:
Information ribonucleic acid – mRNA. These are 6 artificially created genetic strings.
Vaccines work by training the body to recognize and respond to proteins made by pathogens. Traditional vaccines consist of small doses of inactivated virus particles or proteins produced by the virus.
The prices of vaccines have been made clear which is the most expensive
RNA vaccines work differently from traditional ones. They cause the body to produce some of the viral proteins and thus trigger an immune response on its own.
The virus multiplies, causing the RNA to make copies of it with its RNA. Information RNA is essentially a set of genetic instructions for DNA. Once in the human cell, the mRNA mimics the virus. In this way, the cell reacts as if it were infected and produces some of the proteins that it would have generated if a real virus had entered.
Consequently, the immune system is activated and forms antibodies to fight the suspected infection.
It is important to note that, unlike DNA vaccines, which act in a similar way, mRNA does not pose a risk of mutations. This is because no additional DNA enters the human cell.
The proteins produced by the mRNA, although identical to those that the true coronavirus would make, do not combine to create new viruses. Therefore, without infecting the body, the immune system reacts as it would against Kovid-19.
EC: Vaccination in the EU starts on December 27
The other components of the Pfizer and Biontech vaccines are intended to protect mRNA as it enters human cells. These are four lipids, which are a protective layer, sucrose, and four types of salts: potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate, basic sodium phosphate dihydrate, and sodium chloride (common salt). The amount of a dose of the vaccine is 0.3 milliliters or about seventeen of the amount of liquid in a teaspoon.
