BSP Plovdiv Organization President Georgi Gergov described as shameful the call for his resignation, made by socialist leader Cornelia Ninova, BNR reported.
Earlier in an interview with BNT, Ninova commented that Gergov should leave his post due to actions contrary to BSP policy.
Later Georgi Gergov stated that he had sent an opinion to the National Council of Socialists.
