“We need proper commands from the cordon chiefs. Is there blood? It’s bad. In operational work, don’t rush, in security, don’t delay,” Gen. Rumen Milanov said.
“The previous actions of the police showed disorganization. Many mistakes were made on September 2,” commented Professor Kalin Gaidarov.
“You cannot act in a humiliating way and threaten the lives of the protesters,” said the former director of the Institute of Psychology of the Interior Ministry.
