Individuals with a positive antigen test will be reported as confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Unified Information Portal and will be subject to a 14-day isolation, and their close contacts, a 10-day quarantine, the order that applies. in cases confirmed by PCR. tests.

Rapid antigen testing will be performed by medical institutions (independent medical diagnostic laboratories, diagnostic consulting and medical centers, hospital care medical institutions, emergency medical care centers, complex cancer centers) and RHIs.

The application of a rapid antigen test must be carried out according to the criteria specified in the order, which include in sick people – within 5 days from the onset of the clinical picture, and in contact persons – within 7 days of the last contact with an infected coronavirus. .

Antigen tests will be free once they are matched to PCR

In people with clinical symptoms meeting criteria for COVID-19 and a negative rapid antigen test, a PCR test should be performed and, if a new rapid antigen test cannot be performed, after 2-4 days.

The rapid antigen tests carried out so far will not be included retrospectively in the official data of confirmed cases in the country.
