Ludogorets did it again! Razgrad entered the Europa League groups after a 2-0 win over Dinamo Brest. The success came in the final minutes of the match after Pavel Varba’s golden triumphs from the bench. First Elvis Manu put the Eagles ahead, and soon after Ihinio Marin doubled his team’s lead. This is the fifth participation of the Bulgarian champion in the groups of the Europa League. A very strong match was played by Ludogorets teenager Dominik Yankov, who was the basis for both goals.

Razgrad started the game better and managed to gain control of the ball. In the opening minutes Bernard Tekpetei received a strong foul from a Belarusians defender. The hosts bet on the first minutes of more direct football with a quick transfer of the game from defense to attack.
In the 4th minute, Plamen Iliev was forced to intervene decisively after Pavel Sedko moved behind the defense. The attacking Dinamo player shot to the ground, but very weakly and the Bulgarian point guard caught the ball.
The first minutes of the game showed the roles that both teams will accept. Razgrad held the ball for a long time, and the left flank was very active, featuring Anton Nedyalkov and Bernard Tekpetei. For its part, Dinamo Brest had taken the game in their own field and was waiting for the organization of quick counterattacks.
Both teams approached cautiously in the opening minutes as there were no dangerous situations in front of both gates. In the 13th minute Ludogorets organized a good counterattack. Dominik Yankov acted very technically and followed Cowley, but the Brazilian stopped and passed Stefan Badji, but the ball was blocked.
In the 18th minute the locals organized a good attack on the right wing, after which the ball was centered in the penalty area, but Alex Santana intervened decisively against Roman Yuzepchuk.
Both teams picked up their pace and looked more seriously at one of the two doors.
In the 23rd minute, the Dynamo opened a gap in Razgrad’s defense. Artyom Bikov caught the ball and crossed almost from the goal line around the area, but Maxim Vitus’s shot was very imprecise and the ball went wide.
On the counter: The Eagles “organized a quick attack, which ended with a shot from Cowley, but the ball hit Yevhen Khacheridi’s body and the ball went off a corner kick.
Cowley and Bernard Tectetey exchanged quick passes on the edge of the penalty area in the 27th minute, after which the Ghanaian finished off Alex Santana, but the Brazilian failed to deliver a good shot and Sergei Ignatovich’s goal was not threatened.
Little by little, the ludogorets exerted pressure and this created a new danger. Claudiu Kesheru held the ball well in the area and passed Bernard Tectetei, but the throw-in was blocked.
In the 31st minute Cicinho broke well on the right and passed Dominic Yankov in the penalty area. The midfielder took control and followed Stefan Badji, but the Senegalese shot was weak and Sergei Ignatovich caught.
Four minutes later, Pavel Sedko invaded Razgrad’s half and struck, but Anton Nedyalkov intervened decisively and stopped the shot. A swift counterattack from Ludogorets followed. Bernard Tekpetej received from the left and changed direction, but his shot also hit the body of a white defender.
In the 43rd minute Alex Santana made a mistake in the center, which created a goal danger for the hosts, but Plamen Iliev left his penalty area and cleared the ball.
A minute later, Ludogorets had an excellent opportunity to find the result. Bernard Tekpetei was taken out on the left. The wing advanced and fired, but Sergei Ignatovich intervened decisively, after which Claudiu Kesheru reached the rebound, but the Romanian slipped and sent the ball out.
With additional time, Dynamo was able to find the result. Pavel Savitski covered from about 12 meters, after which the ball hit Olivier Verdon’s body, but fortunately for Plamen Iliev the ball went over the crossbar.
Razgrad started the second half better. Dominik Yankov worked hard on the left wing. Mladok crossed almost from the goal line, but Claudiu Kesheru stayed under the ball and couldn’t catch it in the gate.
Dynamo responded in the 53rd minute, when Artyom Bikov received the ball in the penalty area and took a solid shot from the air, but the ball went over the crossbar.
Two minutes later, Claudiu Kesheru had another great opportunity. Dominik Yankov exchanged passes from the right with Cicinho, after which the midfielder entered and passed the Romanian in the penalty area. The striker ditched an opponent and landed a solid blow, but Sergei Ignatovich stepped in decisively and killed. A corner from Ludogorets followed, after which Kesheru was back in shooting position, but again the Romanian missed the target.
In the 59th minute Claudiu Kesheru was stunned by another fine attack from Razgrad. Dominik Jankov led Claudiu Kesheru to the penalty area. The Romanian fired from a small angle, but there was a rebound and the ball went to a corner kick.
Dynamo gradually transferred the game to the Razgrad half. In the 65th minute Mikhail Gordeychuk entered the penalty area and immediately shot to the ground, but imprecisely and the ball went out.
Ludogorets responded instantly. Cicinho slipped on the right and crossed sharply into the penalty area, but again Claudiu Kesheru couldn’t find the edge of the door after his ball went back a bit and failed to make a better shot.
He followed a shot from Dominik Yankov from a distance, but the midfielder slipped and was unable to obstruct Sergei Ignatovich, who caught.
In the 69th minute, the opportunity was on the side of: the Eagles ”. After a corner kick, Yevhen Hacheridi headed in, after which the ball hit Kozmin Motsi’s body and hit from the left post. Iliev jumped selflessly and took a corner.
In the 73rd minute, Ludogorets opened the scoring! The residents of Razgrad staged a magnificent attack. Claudiu Kesheru led Dominik Yankov with a concealed pass behind the defense. The midfielder did not think twice and continued to Elvis Manu, for whom the easy task of performing on an empty gate was left.
Six later, Razgrad landed a second blow at his opponent. Dominik Yankov found himself back in the role of organizer. The midfielder continued in the penalty area to Elvis Manu. The Dutchman held on and Iquinio Marín was exposed, who shot close to 2: 0.
Immediately after the goal Ludogorets tried to take advantage of the panic in the actions of the hosts. Elvis Manu continued to harass the Dynamo defense. The wing entered the penalty area and fired, but Sergei Ignatovich killed.
Two dangers followed the door of the “eagles”, but Plamen Iliev decisively caught the blows of Mikhail Gordeychuk.
At the end of the match there were no more goals and Ludogorets qualified for the Europa League groups for the fifth time.
