During the night, heavy rains flooded parts of the country.

This morning there was an earthquake in Albania. The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.6 on the Richter scale. It was felt in Tirana and Durres. There are no reports of injuries or damage.

Previously, heavy rains caused flooding in parts of the country, including Lezha and Lyushnya, BGNES reported.

5.9 on the Richter scale in Russia

After heavy rains, both cities reported that major arterial roads flooded, creating difficult conditions for road users and pedestrians. In Leja some roads are completely flooded. This is reported to be due to the fact that the drainage channels in the area have not been properly maintained.

The situation is the same in Lyushnya, where the drainage system is completely blocked.
