After unprecedented snowfall in Spain for the last 50 years, the capital Madrid encountered a layer of snow of several tens of centimeters. Tomorrow a big cold wave is expected, with minimum temperatures forecast below minus 8 degrees Celsius in much of the interior. The cold will continue until Thursday.
