Tonight, protesters stopped traffic on Sofia’s Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard, Bulgarian National Radio reported.
The upcoming planned “Great People’s Uprising” against the GERB government and the United Patriots is the main theme of the 99th night of protests in central Sofia. The organizers of the so-called The “poisonous trio” announced that there would be a “nasty surprise” for the government. However, Arman Babikyan did not specify which one. However, he added that the protests will not stop even after “a hundred days of censorship.”
Babikyan added that nothing in the country has changed since the student protests 30 years ago, in which he also participated. Some of the participants in the student protests this morning in front of the Rector’s Office of the University of Sofia also spoke on the rostrum today. They asked their colleagues to join the protests against the government. “History will be written tomorrow,” the speakers said from the rostrum, quoting BNR.
