While in days before this time the protesters used to begin to congregate, today they do not – in the direction of the university people are next to the building of the National Gallery of Art, and on the contrary they arrive at the center of the Council building of Ministers.

With each subsequent subway train, more people with flags arrive at Independence Square, a reporter from Dnevnik saw. There are young people, adults, children with bicycles. Those present keep their distance. Some of them wear white shirts with the inscription “mutri out”, as was the call today.

Under the columns around the main entrance to the Council of Ministers are gathered gendarmerie officers with shields and helmets, but at the moment they are not equipped. At all entrances to the square there are policemen who check the suitcases of those who wish to join the protest. There is also a police cordon in front of the official entrance of the Council of Ministers.

Practically around the square there is a continuous chain of policemen without shields and helmets.
