The case of Victorio Alexandrov, accused of double murder, of his ex-girlfriend Darina Ministerska and their one-year-old daughter Nicole, is known today, reported novini.bg.
The experts did not appear in court and refused to prepare an expert opinion because the defendant Alexandrov did not go through another, namely because of his mental state.
The man refuses to cooperate with the investigators and the prosecution insists that there is no obstacle to postponing his case.
The experts on the case are not neurologists. After hearing the parties, the court ordered an encephalogram.
The examination itself must be carried out in a hospital of the Central Prison of Sofia, and if it is not possible there, the accused will be transferred to a medical institution, where there is the necessary equipment.
The results of the examination will be provided to the experts so that they know and complement the performance of the forensic examination.
