The value of the added soccer fields became clear as an improvement of the respective land properties, on which the Bulgarian Army Stadium and the training complex in Pancharevo were built.
The total amount invested is BGN 3.5 million. CSKA owners – Grisha Ganchev and Julian Indzhov have donated 2.5 million, and the association “CSKA Forever” almost 1 million.
The most expensive was the construction of the grass floor in the stadium “Bulgarian Army” – 686 880 BGN. Then one of the sites in Pancharevo – 630 720 leva.
Pancharevo stands stand at BGN 160,000 and lighting based on BGN 150,000.
