Two policemen from the Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry in Plovdiv died over the weekend after a long battle with the coronavirus, Maritsa reported, citing her sources.

One, 55, was an employee of the Karlovo Regional Police Department, and the other, 47, was a member of the SPS (Specialized Police). Both have been part of the system for many years.
Just over a month ago, Rangel Apostolov, 52, the most smiling and educated employee of the Municipal Police, died of the coronavirus. The Plovdiv Police Director, Chief Commissioner Yordan Rogachev, was also with COVID-19. He dealt with the virus and recently went back to work.
