There is a provision to open offices 24 hours a day and mobile vaccination teams, this was announced by Health Minister Kostadin Angelov at a briefing in front of the Alexandrovska Hospital. There are enough vaccines, he assured and specified that the choice of the vaccine will be possible when supplies become regular. Today, the Academy of Military Medicine is making lists of those who want to be vaccinated with Pfizer and Moderna, so far the AstraZeneca vaccine is being delivered in the country, 57,600 doses of which arrived in Bulgaria on Friday.

“Please believe in science and doctors. We are on the threshold of something new that we can only achieve with a vaccine,” Angelov told people who have not been vaccinated.

Angelov announced that the possibility of continuing the so-called “green corridors” for vaccination of all participants is being considered starting tomorrow afternoon, regardless of whether they enter the ongoing phase of the national immunization plan. “At the end of the day, we will give instructions to all RHIs. Where the queues continue in the late afternoon, we are ready to open 24-hour vaccination offices in regional cities,” said the Health Minister.

He reiterated that as of March 3, an electronic registry with “Information Services” will be created, in which everyone will be able to choose a vaccination site from the 318 offices throughout the country, as well as a preferred vaccine.
