Coronavirus in Bulgaria: growth of infected and deceased compared to the previous week (chronology) – Bulgaria

At this moment the epidemic is subsiding, Prof. Todor Kantardzhiev, a member of the National Operational Headquarters, announced before BNT. He noted that Bulgaria is among the European countries where the infection has decreased most visibly in recent weeks. At the same time, the fight against the dead is growing, which is explained by the fact that the country is one of the countries with the highest overall mortality in general in Europe and there is no way to change this in an epidemic situation. He added that not only concomitant diseases contribute to this, but also the fact that young people who visit stadiums and discos have infected the elderly. He explained that there is usually an increase in deaths when they remit, but did not explain the logic of this.

Point out that

the circulation of autumn viruses begins at the end of September,

And in November, in the winter, both groups have symptoms similar to the coronavirus, so now is the appropriate period for vaccination against influenza, since one of the importers has already delivered the vaccines.

Remember again the importance of wearing masks to limit infection.

The alternative is: a mask or a breathing tube.

He pointed out that Saturday was the first day in which the percentage of infected with respect to the tests was less than 10%. This calculation does not include tests that people do on their own initiative, heck they travel to Greece and they are expected to be healthy, he explained.

He announced that American tests will be imported into Bulgaria, which are cheap and will show the presence of antigens in the nose and throat in 10 minutes, which will be widely used in hospitals and schools and will complement the existing tests.
