The 32-year-old Irishman was arrested, questioned and released after being charged with indecent conduct and sexual assault.
Now it was clear that McGregor had removed his pants and stood naked in front of a young married woman as he made his way to the bathroom of a Corsican bar.
The incident occurred on September 6 in the port city of Calvi. The MMA star was intoxicated when he behaved indecently.
However, the complaint against him was not filed until September 10. The Irishman was released on Sunday and no charges have been filed against him. However, the case remains open and may continue in the next few days.
