The Home Office does not use security companies to help monitor events.

The checkpoints around the presidency, the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers will arm the police for the three protests tomorrow. The uniformed officers will check suspicious persons for weapons, fireworks, bombs and others, in order to avoid excesses during the demonstrations, said the head of the Sofia Security Police, Commissioner Radoslav Stoynev.

He explained that masked people will not be allowed to protest, but this does not apply to people wearing coronavirus masks.

The commissioner also explained that it remains to be seen whether to review the tents in front of the National Assembly, as bombs were found there during the September 2 protest.

I definitely want to say that the Interior Ministry does not use the services of security companies, Stoynev said on the occasion of rumors that private guards helped in the September 2 protest.
