The Bulgarian Confederation of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists (CEIBG), led by Domuschiev, took a decisive position against the companies of the Bobokovi brothers, who left the organization.
A day ago, the family holding company distributed the following statement from Plamen Bobokov at the CEIBG meeting on Wednesday:
CEIBG has nothing to do with what it was. And for a long time it has had nothing to do with the “voice of Bulgarian business”. All this serious silence in the context of everything that is happening today in Bulgarian commerce, open attacks on public and private companies and repression against entrepreneurs of various levels, in stark contrast to the hysterical calls of support and gratitude to the government of the organization on every possible occasion, they turned the CEIBG into an ordinary “on call” casino organization. and apparently so far has succeeded. “
CEIBG’s current position defines the departure of the Bobokovi companies as “theatrical-vaudeville”. The organization points out that when initiating a pre-trial process against a CEIBG member, the organization does not take a position until a final verdict is pronounced. Furthermore, Domuschiev’s employers’ association saw an organized media attack “from the usual group of sites with the same support.”
CEIBG will continue to persecute temple merchants, will not allow influence trading on their behalf, abuse of monopoly prices for electricity, monopoly on fuel depots and therefore monopoly prices at gas stations , etc., said the organization.
Industrialists also point out that it is not an organization for those who poison nature and people, but for serious and worthy entrepreneurs.
Brothers Atanas and Plamen Bobokovi, along with former Deputy Minister of the Environment Krassimir Zhivkov, former head of Pleven eco-inspection, Gabriel Savov, and businessmen Nikolay Mihovski and Aigyun Eminov, are accused of being part of a criminal group. The investigation is for illegal waste trafficking. According to the prosecutor’s office, they participated in a scheme under which hazardous waste from recycled batteries from their plant remained in Bulgaria and was not disposed of.
Here is the text of CEIBG’s full position on the case with the departure of the Bobokovi brothers’ companies:
Regarding the theatrical-vaudeville departure of the two companies Prista Oil Holding EAD and Monbat AD (the third company of this group – Prista Recycling AD is self-excluded by virtue of article 16.1.5 of the CEIBG Bylaws for non-payment of membership fees by 2020) The CEIBG declares its position of principle, reaffirmed by the Governing Council, namely:
When initiating a pre-trial process against a member of the CEIBG, the organization will not take a position until a final judgment has been issued, regardless of the perceived importance of this article. Attempts to pressure to violate this principled position, especially when it comes to the objects of pre-trial proceedings, speak for themselves of its absurdity.
The attack on the CEIBG was repelled almost simultaneously, apparently with prior preparation, by the usual group of sites with the same struts, and in fact between the rows it is once again clear that the grapes are acidic because they are so tall. And it is from this height that CEIBG will continue to persecute the temple merchants, it will not allow the trading of influences on their behalf, the abuse of monopoly prices for electricity, the monopoly of fuel depots, and therefore prices. monopolists at service stations, etc.
Yells of hold orders like “hold the thief” will not help the caller, will not bring a new business or fix the old one. Light business at CEIBG is a daily job without the help of politicians, regardless of the institution. This is appreciated by companies in Bulgaria with dignity and it is no coincidence that on the day of the theatrical-vaudeville departure, at CEIBG we accepted three new affiliate organizations with a total of 37 members.
CEIBG is not an organization for those who poison nature and people, CEIBG is for serious and dignified entrepreneurs. They are exactly the “Voice of Bulgarian Business” and they will continue to be this Voice.
