“It is more than clear that those who pretend to be very concerned about our health and hang around the television studios all day to convince us of this are actually pretending to be blind and deaf when we have to help Professor Chorbanov’s team,” the initiators of the petition are categorical.

They insist that the institutions support Bulgarian science and the efforts of our scientists to create a universal vaccine against Kovid-19, which Professor Andrey Chorbanov and his team have repeatedly alerted through the media.

“The authorities neglect the Bulgarian scientific achievements and we as a nation, proven in world history with discoveries that have changed the way of life of all people around the world, are obliged to support them,” added the initiators.

And they remember that Bulgaria has been a leader in vaccine production from 1960 until now. The story begins with Dr. Srebra Rodopska, who in 1948 went to Paris with her husband, a specialist in internal medicine, Prof. Tasho Tashev. When he returned to Bulgaria, Dr. Rodopska smuggled the vaccine and adapted it using the Moscow 374A vaccine.

The creator of the Bulgarian BCG vaccine received recognition from the world scientific community during the first technical conference in Geneva in 1956, and until now this vaccine is considered the best in the world.
