Dr. Boris Tablov graduated from Pleven Medical University in 2002, then specialized in doctoral studies in anesthesiology, and since January 15, 2010, he works in the city of Neuruppin, 65 kilometers northeast of Berlin.

But exactly what is at stake must be made very clear. If it has been said in this way, it can be assumed that the Prime Minister has reasons for such a decision. But in this case, the way he presented it was not at all.
