Bulgaria starts with hosts Switzerland and Italy in world qualifiers – National Team

The Bulgarian team will start with two home games: against Switzerland and Italy, the qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup. According to the official program approved today by FIFA and UEFA, the “lions” will play their first game on March 25, 2021 at 21:45 against “Crusaders”, and three days later (again at 21:45) we will accept the four times world champions. These two teams were placed in the top two polls in yesterday’s draw for transplants.

The spring session for our nationals will end with a visit to Northern Ireland on March 31st at 9.45pm.

In the fall, Bulgaria will start with a visit to Italy on September 2 and three days later we will host Lithuania. We will return the visit of the Baltic team on 9 October, after which we will host Northern Ireland. In their last qualifying match, the “lions” visit Switzerland on November 15.
