There is a detainee in the case
A man was murdered in a particularly brutal manner in his home in Kyustendil. The incident is being investigated by the city district attorney’s office. The work of the case began after the information received by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior about the death caused by the 46-year-old VI. The man’s body was found at his home in Kyustendil.
An inspection of the accident site was carried out immediately in the presence of a duty prosecutor from the Kyustendil District Prosecutor’s Office, as well as a search and seizure of the apartment. VA was filed as a defendant for the felony. (at age 55). By order of the supervising prosecutor, he was detained for up to 72 hours. An application is pending before the court to determine his preventive detention.
