I like cryptocurrencies and the board could not inflict any financial damage on me thanks to cryptocurrencies … Bitcoin is the most stable at the moment and it is growing, I buy it and I sell it, “said businessman and MP candidate Vasil Bozhkov live interview., broadcast on Facebook and Youtube on Saturday night (March 27).

“Obviously I bought it when it was profitable,” Bozhkov explained. He declined to elaborate on exactly how much his bitcoin investment was, but it was revealed that he bought it a long time ago “as a joke.” When asked if, after the accusations against him and the revocation of the licenses for his gambling activities in Bulgaria, the government succeeded in turning him from a billionaire into a millionaire, Bozhkov replied: “Let me keep this a secret, so as not to give you so much . information.” From one answer to another question, it was clear that their properties and accounts were still seized, despite some court decisions.

In the pre-election interview for Stanislav Tsanov at the Dan Kolov studio, which lasted almost an hour, Bozhkov answered pre-recorded questions and sent questions on politics and business, as well as on FC Levski, education and measures during the coronavirus pandemic.

During the interview, Bozhkov once again attacked Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev and former Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov, calling them together and promising in advance that if he enters parliament, there will be politicians in prison within three months. He also reiterated his campaign request to close the specialized court and the prosecutor’s office so that they are no longer used as a “bat” and the “junta” cannot defend itself. Currently, Bozhkov himself has 18 positions in Bulgaria.

From the reply it was understood that he expects the UAE’s extradition request to be rejected there within a few days. He did not explain if or when he planned to return to Bulgaria, but said that when he returned he would speak to the chief prosecutor, who has so far not sought him out. (Author’s note: last year, Bozhkov sent a signal for the payment of a “quiet” fee for the gambling business to Borisov)

The presenter also asked him questions about the people around Borisov or those related to the groups and what he knew about them. He said that Mladen Mihalev-Majo (one of the founders of the PEC) has been his friend for years and can only say good things. When asked which side he was on in battle, Bozhkov replied that he was “sitting around and waiting his turn, hoping to get away with it.” He also gave an example with Grisha Ganchev, whom he called a serious man, who, however, was “caught” by the “junta”. The indicted businessman reiterated his thesis that every business is in danger of being seized, as happened to him, and that this also applies to small entrepreneurs, because they may like a local GERB official.

Bozhkov also responded to a question about how he had not felt before the attack and the seizure of his business, and answered in the third person about himself: “Because Vasil Bozhkov is untouchable. He is untouchable because he obeys the laws and the state should protect him. Everyone they must feel untouchable and under the protection of the state, if they obey the laws. “

Bozhkov announced that if he enters parliament, he will not form a coalition with anyone. “With all the previous politicians, no. So alone, if we want a change, the alternative is us. Forming a coalition with former politicians who have exercised until now, does not make sense,” said Bozhkov.

He claims that he would not enter into a coalition with Slavi Trifonov, although he himself offered him joint lists before the BNO submitted its own to the Bulgarian Summer.

“I don’t think Slavi is a person who can rule a country. Some of his people are appointed by certain groups or economic structures,” Bozhkov said, but did not give examples of people or people they represent. “We will be in parliament for an idea, a policy. Until now, everyone has wanted personal gain. Everyone has entered naked and millionaires have left. We do not have those people and there will be no local feudal lords,” he added. he said in response to questions.

Bozhkov announced that the mere idea of legalizing medical marijuana would be helpful and that he would hold a referendum on the rest of the use.
