COVID-19 is a terrible weapon that has devastated the world. I call it a weapon because there are many casualties, destruction of economies and finances. This was stated by Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.

But it is also an opportunity for us to make changes – green energy, fight against terrorism – to unite and, as it is written in the Bulgarian Parliament – “Unity is strength”.
I am convinced that no country can do it alone. We must all work together to overcome the challenges.
International organizations, the United Nations, the World Health Organization, know how this can happen, and countries around the world must support them.
We need to do everything possible for them to work as efficiently as possible and for everyone to contribute to that, Borissov was categorical.
