The protest has a lot of energy, so many people in a daily protest that I have not seen. The anger of the people has not only not diminished, but is increasing. What is heard today in parliament will only add fuel to the fire. This was stated to BGNES by the leader of “Yes, Bulgaria”, Hristo Ivanov.
The messages from the political forces are completely inappropriate. Prime Minister Boyko Borissov will try to stay in power for as long as possible at all costs. The MRF will get the time they need. The beginning of its leader Mustafa Karadayi’s speech, which was like a bill, made a strong impression. He listed all the financial instruments they hope to absorb, ie. corruption plans to continue. They need time to schedule this robbery. Borissov will provide them with that time, staying in power even at the cost of mounting tensions. And it will grow, there is a lot of anger in people, said Ivanov.
According to him, the crisis is not only unsolved, it is already spiraling.
We have a cabinet that is completely exhausted by democratic legitimacy. He will try to justify his stay in power with some specific tasks. Unsurprisingly, Borisov became Oresharski. If there will be a new cabinet or if Borissov will hold power until the end, there is no significant difference.
The MRF and the corruption circles around Saraya need these months until the regular elections to ensure that the theft of the next European funds is programmed and to ensure that Borissov will be able to organize the next elections and not get out of his control.
How Borissov will provide them that time by staying in power or going through some new configuration is a detail. The important thing is money and time for the MRF, the important thing is to give them portions. The popular uprising will only intensify, Hristo Ivanov concluded. / BGNES
