Ivanov is angry that the government has started distributing state money only now, when, according to him, we are already behind schedule in dealing with the second wave of COVID-19.

“The purpose of closing the country in the spring was to prepare the systems and now have a plan, not Borisov to announce today that they are opening COVID wards, not today to announce that we classify GPs as frontline people, not to announce last week that we are starting to give money to doctors and nurses, “he added.
The co-president of Democratic Bulgaria is angry that months of preparations for the crown crisis have been wasted in the same way that the Borissov government has wasted the possibility of real reforms in the last 10 years.
