British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has re-isolated himself after being informed that he has been in contact with an infected coronavirus, Sky News reported.

He will be quarantined at Downing Street, where he will continue to work. His spokesman said Johnson “would follow the rules.”

British prime minister aides said he was feeling fine and had no symptoms of the coronavirus disease after contact with an infected person earlier this week.

The British prime minister met for half an hour on Thursday with a small group of MPs. Subsequently, one of them, conservative Lee Anderson, developed symptoms of Covid-19 and tested positive for coronavirus.

In April, the prime minister himself was taking COVID-19 and had to be admitted to the intensive care unit due to complications.
