Already yesterday, BOEC leader Georgi Georgiev announced via Facebook that he and his wife had a coronavirus and were in serious condition, as well as that three hospitals had refused to accept Mariela, who had a kidney transplant.
Today, BOEC asked for help.

“Dear friends, we need your immediate help! Georgi and Mariela are fighting for their lives in Vidin hospital. We believe the team is doing everything in their power, but unfortunately the ‘strength’ of the small half-ruined hospital is not a lot, especially for complex cases like yours, which have the potential to turn into tragedy in an instant.
We look for places for both in Sofia, where they will be closer to specialists in transplantology, surgery and innovative treatments.
We remind you that Georgi gave his kidney to save his wife’s life. The operation was carried out earlier this year in France.
