“In America, voting is sacred,” Biden said. “Every ballot must be counted.”

Biden noted that he and his competitor Kamala Harris “continue to feel very good” about the final result of the race.

“We have no doubt that when the countdown ends, Senator Harris and I will be declared winners,” Biden said.
