Associate Professor Mangarov also explained that it is very tempting to think that the decrease in infection is due to measures taken by the government. However, he added that this is hardly the case, because the number of cases has been seen in countries that have been hermetically closed since late September.
The specialist insisted that the theory that the measures in these countries do not give results because the tension is new there is unsustainable. According to him, if the measures affect the old strain, they should also affect the new one. In the end, it became clear that they didn’t work for both of them.
