Arsenal kicked off the Premier League season and gave their fans hope after beating newcomer Fulham 3-0 in the middle of their Craven Cottage.
The Gunners were hesitant only in the first few minutes, after which they took control of the game and were able to score more. Alexander Lacazette scored the important first goal, and after the break Pierre-Emerick Obameyang mascot also scored a great goal.
New hires Gabriel Magallas and Willian made a great debut for the winners, after the defender scored a goal and the Brazilian got involved in all three of his team’s goals.
For the hosts, Alexander Mitrovic remained on the bench, at the expense of Abubakar Kamara, which was probably a surprise.
Newcomer Alphonse Areola was on the bench. For the Gunners, new hires Gabriel and Willian began, and so did Mohamed Elneni. Lakazet and Obameyang acted in attack.
