Arsenal have officially finalized the transfer of Atlético de Madrid midfielder Thomas Parthey. The Gunners will pay their buyout clause of 45 million euros. The footballer traveled to London to undergo mandatory medical tests, after which he is expected to officially sign a contract with the Londoners.
