The regional governor of Pleven, Miroslav Petrov, informed the prime minister that there were delays in the expropriation of the land, as Mayor Georg Spartanski was delaying the procedures.

“Do whatever it takes so that nothing is delayed, because I promised people that I would travel to Sofia in an hour and a half. It will happen even faster,” Borissov said, remembering that he had promised: “Did you see it?” “Hemus is ready, I’m leaving!”
