One of the famous representatives of the underground in Plovdiv, Tono Terziev, has been arrested, police said. He was driving his Porsche drunk. During a two-way search where he lived, weapons and ammunition were found in illegal possession.

This afternoon, a patrol from the Third Regional Police Department stopped to inspect a Porsche Cayenne car driven by Tono Terziev from Plovdiv. After a control for drug use by the driver, it was established with the drug Ghek 3000 technical device that the man was driving the vehicle under the influence of cocaine. In the case before the Third Regional Court, a pre-trial procedure has been initiated. During the subsequent procedural-investigative actions – search and seizure of the address inhabited by Terziev on Iztochen Blvd. in Plovdiv, law enforcement officers found a hunting rifle “Bergara” with a silencer and ammunition for it.

After the inspection, it was established that the detainee did not have permission to carry and store the weapon that was found at his home. In the course of work, it was established that Terziev lives at another address on the territory of the village of Skobelevo. During a management inspection in the village, numerous ammunition for another type of firearm, also illegally in possession, was found and seized. Tono Terziev is known in Plovdiv for his bohemian lifestyle, for his demonstration of well-being and drug use. According to his acquaintances, he often trampled the law with his hunting trips without being a legal hunter. His father Angel is one of the closest to a famous representative of the clandestine native Rumen with the nickname of Kozela, hence Tono’s protections. Work on the case continues.
