As part of the prevention against coronavirus infection from today (November 1, 2020), Germany officially declares the entire territory of Bulgaria as a “risk region”, imposing restrictive measures on citizens traveling from our country.
For all those arriving in Germany from a “risk region” and have been to one in the last 14 days, there is a mandatory requirement for a coronavirus test, Dariknews said. Only the presence of a negative test is grounds for exemption from the 14-day home quarantine. The quarantine does not apply to passengers in transit through a “region of risk”.
Until November 1, the Robert Koch Institute’s list of Bulgarian risk regions, for which a negative test for coronavirus was required, were the city districts of Sofia, Blagoevgrad, Razgrad, Sliven and Targovishte.
