Alexander Staliyski’s position:
“Ladies and gentlemen, In the last week, my name has been on the public agenda after a politician allowed himself to spread falsehoods in my speech to the public.
On 04.09. Mr. Ivaylo Mirchev, a member of the Executive Council of the “Yes Bulgaria” National Park, posted a video on social media with his speech, in which he spread false news, used shameful labels and ratings on me, accused me of committing a crime , accused and instilled guilt on my personality. The story, presented by Mr. Mirchev, was refuted by Mr. Marian Kolev, owner of “Hipoland”, the same night during his participation in the study of “Eurocom” TV, and the next morning on bTV.
However, the Yes Bulgaria party did not remove false information that confused my name from the party’s website or Facebook page. Furthermore, he even sponsored it, so that thousands of Bulgarians on the social network would be misled by Mr. Mirchev’s false statements. A day later, Mr. Mirchev posted on his Facebook page a position that he had received the incorrect information at my address directly from Mr. Kolev, who subsequently categorically denied this statement by Ivaylo Mirchev, in his interview for the kmeta website .bg.
The false news became the reason for many threats against me and my relatives, who can find out on the official Facebook page of the PP “Yes Bulgaria”. This fact makes me wonder if the president of this party, Mr. Hristo Ivanov
He was born on September 13, 1974 in Sofia. Hristo Ivanov has a master’s degree in law from Sofia Are you ready to commit to my personal safety and the safety of my family? I consider it unworthy of a specific event that I have absolutely nothing to do with and people with whom I have nothing to do to be used to create fake news intended to damage my reputation and damage my name, only as a tool to achieve the narrow political goals of someone. .
I believe that the European values of politicians and political projects are respect for the person, freedom of work and business, fair justice for all. I am convinced that the members and supporters of the “Yes Bulgaria” party fight for truth, honesty and legality in the country. In view of this, I await the reaction of Mr. Hristo Ivanov
He was born on September 13, 1974 in Sofia. Hristo Ivanov has a master’s degree in law from Sofia regarding the actions of Mr. Ivaylo Mirchev, who has shown to spread false news to the public, encouraged so far by the party in whose leadership he participates.
If the proper measures are not taken, this will inevitably cast doubt on whether the representatives of this political force are telling the truth in their public appearances. And I will seek my rights in court.
Respectfully yours, Alexander Staliyski. “
