Shortly after it emerged that the Varna District Prosecutor’s Office had dealt with Vazrazhdane party leader Kostadin Kostadinov, after a journalistic investigation, the party announced that his patience had been exhausted. The political party will seek his rights in court because of the leader’s insulting nicknames, the “Russian money” that fueled “Vazrazhdane” and the false accusations.

Three years after the founding of Vazrazhdane, we are enduring what Machiavelli warns: “The initiator of a new system is hostile to all who would benefit from the preservation of the old institutions.”
This hostility to revival took ugly proportions. Starting with false data, insulting nicknames, manipulated reports, and ending with physical repression and psychoterrorism. The glass overflows and “Vazrazhdane” will no longer tolerate such actions. We will apply the power of justice to all false accusers, regardless of their party and business sponsors.
The dumping of soil on the leader of the “Vazrazhdane” Dr. Kostadin Kostadinov is especially intolerable. At least the perpetrators of slander and nicknames were more resourceful. Because if Dr. Kostadinov is “allegedly connected to Russia,” then what is Borisov, whose IPON company became a factor after receiving a contract from the Russian company “Lukoil” in the late 1990s to protect his pipes and equipment? . There is no single argument for the “Russian mythical money” received by Dr. Kostadinov. But for the millions of rubles taken from the government, the documents hurt. At the same time, there is as much silence about millionaires as there is about beneficiaries. US bases and F-16 planes, which are only in the draw, but were paid billions by them, are a bit for the authors of the compromising materials against “Vazrazhdane”.
Euro millionaires also join the criminal aspirations of political brokers to profit in rubles and dollars. With guest houses, hotels, public contracts. And recently with the vaccines for Kovid-19. All this is hidden under the carpet, but for “Vazrazhdane” the entire repressive apparatus is used: the National Audit Office, the General Directorate for the Fight against Organized Crime, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of the Interior and the media . We will mention only two of the numerous cases of repression against the leaders of “Vazrazhdane”.
Engineer Nikolay Drenchev, the organizational secretary for Vazrazhdane, is an officer in the Bulgarian army, a former military pilot of the MiG-23 MLD fighter, a successful businessman, and the father of six children. On March 28, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., he was summoned for questioning at the CDCOC. Then on May 5, 2020 on SDVR. The reason for both interrogations is a Facebook status in which he shares the experiences of a Vazrazhdane supporter trying to obtain medical help in three large hospitals in the capital.
On March 30 of this year, Dr. Kostadin Kostadinov, president of Vazrazhdane, was also summoned for questioning at the SDVR. The reason: a position on a political issue on the “Weekdays with Nikolai Kolev” program on Eurocom TV. Manipulative images showing great property, and in fact Dr. Kostadinov’s house is just one corner of the huge building. We won’t even talk about the loan. That is why “Vazrazhdane” expects the journalist in question to report with the same fervor about the house in Barcelona, the Dogan barns, the properties of the parliamentarians, the businessmen. Vazrazhdane is aware that the entire repressive and media machine has been used against us due to the national protest organized on May 14. Due to threats that “Vazrazhdane” will not work under the dictates of Washington, Moscow and Brussels! That he will work with them on condition, if the Bulgarian interest is protected! And if the Bulgarians trust “Vazrazhdane”.
Due to the systematic and determined discrediting against us, “Vazrazhdane” ends patience. From this moment on, each slander, each slander, each act that undermines the authority of Dr. Kostadinov, his colleagues, the organization itself, will meet resistance with the documents and facts that we have. With every author of malicious messages, photos, posts, accusations, we will meet in court. The Bulgarian public will be informed about the actions taken by Vazrazhdane. “Vazrazhdane” believes in the justice of the court, in the instinct of the Bulgarians to recognize the honesty of the scoundrel, as well as in the celebration of the truth, which sooner or later occurs. “Vazrazhdane” shares what an unknown author said: “What politicians and diapers have in common is that they both need to be changed regularly for the same reason.”
The current government sucks too much! It’s time to change diapers! We start on May 14! And we will continue until this evil political scent spreads!
