Police are clarifying the reasons for the incident.
Two people were killed in a serious accident on the Struma highway, near the town of Levunovo. At 18.18 on the international road E-79, a car with a Romanian registration leaves the road, flies over the railing and falls off the road, reports BGNES.
Two people were killed on the spot: a 27-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman. A 36-year-old man was injured and taken to hospital on suspicion of concussion, and the fourth passenger in the car was unharmed.

The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
Earlier in the day, a landslide closed the international highway E-79 for a long time, forming huge queues of cars.
