The young man who stole the truck turned 18 just a month ago and has no license
A heavy truck turned at a key intersection in Burgas. The truck, loaded with 20 tons of wooden planks, was stolen and crashed after a run with the police.
The incident happened around midnight, after a truck failed to stop at a signal given by police with a stop lever on a narrow one-way street in a residential complex. The persecution began. The truck passed through the narrower streets of two other residential complexes before exiting the central boulevard and entering the busiest intersection in Burgas on weekdays, the one in front of the Mirage Hotel. It was there that the driver lost control and turned around. Fortunately, there were no casualties, probably due to the late hour.
