The Medical Supervision initiated an urgent investigation of the case
A 68-year-old woman died in front of the internal ward building of the Blagoevgrad hospital. She was infected with COVID-19. According to NOVA, the woman was first in a private hospital in the city, but was told that she had to go to the state hospital to be accommodated. On the way, the woman became very ill and died right in front of the ward building.
The inspection lasted several hours and the internal court explained that they could not say anything about the case, as the woman had not arrived at the court. His relatives refused to speak. So far there is no official information, neither from private nor public hospitals.
For NOVA of the Executive Agency “Medical Supervision” announced that it begins an urgent investigation of the case.
