A 20-year-old transvestite beat Dr. Desislava Katelieva of the National Cardiology Hospital on Sunday while saving her father’s life. this is clear from his Facebook post.
Prosecutors earlier Monday said the man had been arrested and charged with vandalism for yelling at Dr. Katelieva, slapping her and loosening her glasses. Then he left the hospital and kept yelling and cursing the doctor.
On Tuesday, the Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office will ask the court to keep the woman in custody.

Why did a man dressed and speaking like a woman hit me on the head yesterday when I was on duty? Because when he asked me how his father had been brought in by ambulance, I replied that there was no such patient.
Why, when the ambulance arrived later, did he curse and insult me, and his friend pushed me? Because he was trying to help his father, who I discovered had a heart attack even after a successful DAC by the CSMP Sofia team. Because I had a few more patients to take care of.
Why didn’t he stop swearing and threatening to sue me while I was trying to babysit his father in the office? Because he was treating his father.
