FIFA has addressed the major scandal surrounding the transfer of Nuno Reis from Vitoria Setubal to Levski in autumn 2018.
The current management of the Portuguese complains that the club did not receive most of the money, but went to the account of former sports director Rodolfo Vas.
The Blues had to pay 150,000 euros in three equal installments. However, only the first one reached the Vitoria cash register, and the other two, held on February 15 and March 21, 2019, at a Cypriot bank.

Levski believes that they are in order, because the contract between the two parties was later modified and Vitoria’s explicit wish was that the money be transferred to an account other than the club’s.
