In Argentina, a professor at the Universidad de la Empressa died during an online conference via Zoom, according to the local newspaper Clarín, quoted by RIA Novosti.

The incident happened last Wednesday. According to the publication, Paola de Simone, 46, began to suffocate during an online conference with students, then lost consciousness and died, BGNES reported.

After the attack began, the students reportedly tried to find De Simone’s address to call the doctors, but the woman was unable to point it out.

According to the post, in late August, de Simone announced on her Twitter page that she had been experiencing coronavirus symptoms for about a month.

Previously, the Argentine authorities decided to extend the quarantine imposed by the coronavirus until September 20. As of September 4, there were 451,198 people in the country infected with coronavirus and 9,361 dead.
